WORK REPORT:
This is a new site where we worked with English Nature to remove Rhododendron that has invaded part of the park. This work is long overdue as the Rhodys have become very established. We had to burn every bit of what we cut as Rhododendron easily roots itself from small pieces left lying around. There were two big bonfires, perfect for a winter day task. The hope is that where we cleared there will be other woodland growth. The camera was on the blink that day so we only got one decent picture.
